MBS- week 11, chapter 8

1. Alot of data,but havent found a way to convert these data into useful information. Customer data exist in silos.

Affect business as, they have no timely and accurate information for strategic planning. Affecting the customer loyalty.


2. They use Oracle Sibel Analytic Software. Allowing them to access data anywhere. It can be integrated from all the system, and give users information from a digital dashboard.


3. They are able to analyze cutomer beahaviour, measure customer loyalty and dentify trends. Thus, able to design appropriate promotion, to target the right customers. As now, they have a more complete information.


4. Websites. (making a reservation) Looking for flight destination, flight arrival/departure, promotions, and they type of aircraft.
Call center. (when you have a problem; enquiry) Change of departure, checking baggage, check departure gate, security.

Indicators. Allow customers to give feedback.
Self check in, customers don't have to queue up, can check in themselves.
